Filtercorp has over twenty five years experience supplying high quality filter bags & sleeves into OEM and end user baghouses. Being privately owned Filtercorp purchase their felt from several sources throughout the world to a very stringent specification. This gives our clients excellent performance at a very competitive price.

Through intense product development over the years, Filtercorp have come up with a unique Dust Release surface and in conjunction with this we use three different deniers within the one felt. With this combination we offer very high filtration efficiencies with excellent dust release.

We offer a full range of medias ranging from standard polyester, polypropylene and nomex through to exotic high temperature Teflon and glass medias plus everything in between.

We cover virtually any style of filter bag, pulsejet top and bottom design systems, reverse air and all shaker models.

Available in the following fibres.

• Micro denier needlefelts with efficiencies to 99.99% @ 1 micron ***
• Armourtex PTFE membrane on needlefelt or woven cloth with eficiencies
  to 99.997% @ 0.3 micron ***
• Other speciality fibres available on request
• Fabrics available in woven, needlefelt and spun bonded.
