  • To install Industrial Quality Overspray Arrestor
    • Install support mesh into new or existing steel channel. Most channels are at 930mm spacing.
    • Tuck S.B.M. Thick into channel.
    • Use spraybooth until filter surface loaded with overspray, or when air flow reduces to not less than 0.5 m/s in the Spray Booth.
    • Peel off 20-25 mm of media removing contaminant. (S.B.M. Thick only).
    • Three layers can be peeled off leaving the final layer of 30-40 mm. (S.B.M. Thick only).
    • With lacquers extra spray booth media life can be achieved by vacuuming media.
  • The S.B.M. is normally used in floor extract systems.
NOTE: For fire safety the contaminated material should be disposed of outside the building.
